🐑 Gameboy Advance Sp Ags 101

I got a Gameboy Advance SP AGS 101 for a good priceIs there a way to tell if it’s truly a 101 vs a re-shell. Obviously when I get it I should be able to tell by looking at the screen, but I haven’t had one before so I’m not even sure I will be able to tell. While it did come with the AGS-101 Sticker on the bottom, and the screen is that of a AGS-101, the shell of the GBA I bought is extremely scratched up and worn in. I have an AGS-101 that turns itself off randomly from time to time. I have replaced the battery, but it seems to not have helped. The power switch can be turned off without actually switching it off by applying a little pressure (possibly related)?
